Project Overview

This Hollywood Hills home on Westshire Dr came in tired — dated kitchen, dim living spaces, bathrooms past their prime — and walked out a completely new interior. Amerbuild rebuilt every room from the studs in: kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms all reimagined with current finishes, better light, and a layout that actually works for how the homeowners live.

Scope handled in-house: demolition, framing adjustments, electrical and lighting redesign, plumbing rework for the kitchen and bathrooms, custom cabinetry, tile and stone install, flooring throughout, paint, and finish carpentry. One contract, one point of contact, one project manager from the first walk-through to the final punch list.
