Project Overview

This Malibu home on Vista Sierra Dr got the full treatment — every room inside reworked, the garage rebuilt, and the entire yard reimagined into an indoor-outdoor estate that takes advantage of the 90265 climate. Amerbuild handled kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, garage, and the complete yard remodel and landscape design as a single coordinated project so the architectural language flows from the front door to the back fence.

Scope in-house: demolition and structural adjustments, custom cabinetry and millwork, kitchen and bathroom plumbing, electrical and lighting redesign throughout, hardscape and landscape installation, garage reconstruction, exterior lighting, and finish carpentry. One contract, one project manager, one delivery date.
